July’s program is here!
Every program I write has a primary purpose behind it. In this program we continue to improve your power and build general strength.
Each day opens with movements designed to elevate your heart rate, wake up your nervous system, and prime your body before you get into the real work. How you warm up matters more than most people think.
From there, each day is structured around a primary movement with everything else built to support it. The days are also designed to complement each other, (different patterns, different muscles) so that while you’re training one area, another is recovering. Remember, the whole week is the program, not just the individual days.
You’ll also notice some exercises are grouped together, those are supersets. Back to back, minimal rest. It keeps intensity high, sessions efficient, and adds a conditioning element.
The goal with this one was to blend power, strength, and hypertrophy, so expect to move like an athlete and look like one too. If you’re ready to move well, feel good, and build a body you’re proud of, get after it.
